Their expertise lies in providing top-tier products and services that enhance the efficiency and elegance of hospitality establishments.

Position Overview: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Virtual Assistant with e-commerce experience (Walmart, Shopify) to manage sales processes, customer communication, and e-commerce optimization. This role requires excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage sales quotes using proprietary quoting software (Auto Quotes - training provided).
2. Process sample orders and generate CRM reports with same-day turnaround.
3. Manage e-commerce listings, pricing, and order processing.
4. Optimize product visibility using SEO best practices.
5. Monitor website traffic and performance.
6. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
7. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
8. Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding new catalogs, promotions, and product updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Proven experience in e-commerce platforms (Walmart, Shopify).
2. Strong English communication skills with a clear dialect.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
5. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
6. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
