• Leadership and Team Management Skills: Inspire, train, and lead a team of dedicated staff to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Exceptional Customer Service Orientation: Create memorable dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Operational Expertise: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to high standards.
• Collaboration Skills: Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop innovative menus, optimize service efficiency, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality across all dining areas.

Minimum requirements:

• Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations: Familiarity with restaurant management practices, menu planning, and inventory control.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with guests and staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
