About the role

Bluorbit Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Air/Sea Operation Co-Loading Manager to join our team in the East Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our air and sea cargo operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of air and sea cargo operations
Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and customs authorities to facilitate the smooth flow of import and export activities
Monitor and optimise cargo loading and unloading processes to minimise delays and maximise efficiency
Analyse data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage and develop a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in Co-Loding, air and sea cargo operations, with a strong understanding of import/export and customs procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including carriers, customs officials, and clients
Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the import/export and logistics sectors
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex operational challenges
