Senior Executive, Tender (Cost Estimator)

Responsibilities

• In-charge of Quantities tabulations for Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Fire and Plumbing & Sanitary Services
• Provide cost estimation and adhere to tender submission due date
• Ensure annual sales revenue of awarded projects are met
• Liaise with clients to ensure technical proposal is complied
• Propose value engineering when applicable
• Review drawings and specifications
• Source for supplier and contractors
• Assist to prepare for quotation and tender documents
• Certify and Verify quantities for projects account.
• Comply to ISO / OSHA standards
• Any other duties as assigned and not limited to above responsibilities

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or a related discipline
• 3-4 years experiences in cost estimation
• Must have ACMV experience in Chilled Water systems
• Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project
• Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, and good conversational / writing skills in English.
