Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts for group’s selected overseas entities and related accounting and reporting duties.
2. Responsible for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing.
3. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and management reports.
4. Prepare accounting and audit schedules.
5. Prepare HQ various reporting.
6. Assist with all statutory compliance and reporting, coordinate with group and company’s internal and external auditors, secretary, and tax agents.
7. Assist with payment related work.
8. Any other ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA or relevant qualifications.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
3. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) – to handle queries, feedback, and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts regarding accounting & finance matters.
4. Knowledge or experience with accounting software (NC and Hyperion) system will be an advantage & proficient in Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
6. Audit experience will be an advantage.
7. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
