Senior /Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A | FMCG)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to develop efficient P&L forecasts and ensure timely month-end closures.
• Conduct monthly actuals reviews & forecast proposals with the Business Head.
• Lead financial analysis for geographic expansion, including portfolio, pricing, and gross margin analysis.
• Develop reports & dashboards for effective business reviews.
• Streamline financial processes like P2P, accruals, and budget reviews.
• Leverage P&L forecasts to support cash flow planning, working closely with the treasury team.
• Represent finance in key projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business/ACCA/CA/CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in FP&A role.
• Prior relevant working experience from FMCG, distributor or Retail industries.
• Strong business partnering experience to drive growth and manage financial risks/opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret large data sets and provide insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.
