Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly competent Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Work closely with internal teams.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Assist with system improvements and automation for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
