Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Application / Technical Support Engineer. This role involves supporting automation products and providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support. You will analyze customer requirements and deliver technical documentation. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electronics or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience being an advantage. Strong knowledge of PLC, control automation and IoT is a plus. Competitive monthly salary offered.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support automation products distributed by the company.
  • Provide technical and application support to customers.
  • Deliver technical proposals and documentation.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities using application knowledge.
