Responsibilities

• Food costing calculations.
• Development of dishes, food products, and product packaging.
• Procurement and verification of new ingredients.
• Food preparation and general maintenance of the R&D kitchen.
• Assist in menu development.
• Assist in managing timelines of projects.
• Assist in training sessions with the kitchen team.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of kitchen experience.
• 1 year in fine dining (bonus).
• Bilingual (English and Chinese).
• Flexibility in working hours when needed.
• A curious mind.
• Believes in getting the job done well, NOT just getting the job done.
• Lots of initiative to get things done, someone who takes ownership.
• Willing to do mad experiments, dream big and execute big.
• Loves to experience the best food experiences even if it means getting broke.
