Positions Available:

• Chef / Cooks
• Kitchen Helpers ( Multiple Roles )
• Dim Sum Cooks / Assistants
• BBQ Cooks / Assistants
• Noodle Congee Cooks / Assistants
• Cold Dish Cooks / Assistants

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes in line with restaurant standards. (for Chefs & Cooks)
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in meal preparation and plating.
• Manage inventory and help with ordering supplies. (for senior roles)
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and cleanliness.
• Adhere to portion and presentation standards.
• Provide support during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Role Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not compulsory. (role-specific)
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is an advantage.
• Team player, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
