Job description:

Job Responsibilities

To drive projects such as Data Analytic (DA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the Compliance department.

• Engage internal stakeholders to determine project opportunities, scopes, and goals.
• Plan, execute and deliver projects according to milestones in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Analyze extensive data from various systems to identify red flags, improve business efficiency and performance.
• Create insightful dashboards, visualization and reports for reporting purposes.
• Plan and execute user acceptance tests (UAT) and end-user trainings.
• Create comprehensive technical documentations (including Clean Code with well documented comments).
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist with other administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks and/or assignments assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer/Data Science, or Professional Certifications in equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and coding RPA/DA/Machine Learning projects with Python.
• Experience in database management (e.g. SQL), visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and/or compliance related fields will be advantageous.
• Strong project management, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good written and communication skills.
