Responsibilities
Food costing calculations.
Development of dishes, food products, and product packaging.
Procurement and verification of new ingredients.
Food preparation and general maintenance of the R&D kitchen.
Assist in menu development.
Assist in managing timelines of projects.
Assist in training sessions with the kitchen team.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of kitchen experience.
1 year in fine dining (bonus).
Bilingual (English and Chinese).
Flexibility in working hours when needed.
A curious mind.
Believes in getting the job done well, NOT just getting the job done.
Lots of initiative to get things done, someone who takes ownership.
Willing to do mad experiments, dream big and execute big.
Loves to experience the best food experiences even if it means getting broke.
