The Assistant Manager acts as a mentor and coordinator, promoting student growth and co-curricular learning by actively collaborating with student club leaders and members. Additionally, the role serves as a vital link between university administration and student governing bodies to strengthen overall student involvement.

JOB SCOPES:

• Oversee student organizations and their sub-clubs.
• Evaluate the relevance, inclusiveness, and impact of activities, providing guidance to student leaders.
• Facilitate collaboration among clubs, university departments, and external partners.
• Promote initiatives that enhance intercultural awareness and student engagement.
• Assess risks related to student activities and provide necessary recommendations.
• Manage allocation and utilization of resources, including funding and facilities.
• Guide students in planning and executing safe and meaningful overseas programs.

• Conduct feedback collection, compile statistics, and analyze reports to assess event effectiveness.

• Lead and coordinate major student-led events, ensuring smooth inter-club and cross-department collaboration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean(s) only.
• Minimum Degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of work experience.
• Relevant experience working with students, particularly in the higher education sector, will be advantageous.
