Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction

The Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This role involves end to end recruitment, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and create effective advertisements to attract and recruit qualified candidates that align with company objectives.
2. Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to improve hiring conversion rates.
3. Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for the organization, showcasing its reputation and value proposition to attract potential candidates.
4. Manage initial candidate assessments and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.
6. Monitor and report on key talent attraction metrics.
7. Evaluate and improve work processes to increase efficiency and support digital transformation.
8. Stay informed on healthcare regulations and industry best practices that affect the recruitment process.
9. Spearhead or take part in company projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in-house.
3. Knowledge of healthcare or community care sector.
4. Excellent communication, critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proactive, adaptable, and customer focused.
6. Proficient in Google Workspace and recruitment tools.
