Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

Job Descriptions

1. Ensure the level of quality meets business requirements within the Company's standard operating procedures.
2. Oversee quality standards in Class 1K & 10K cleanrooms, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
3. Responsible for Certificate of Conformance (CoC) issuance, inspection processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Collaborating closely with the department to develop and implement quality improvement and control processes.
5. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.
6. Assist in internal quality reports and external customer capability reports.
7. Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
8. Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
9. Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts.

Key requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of QA experience in machining (CNC Turning & Milling, Centerless Grinding, Conventional Milling) and cleanroom environments.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication skills.
