Finance Assistant/ Manager (Reporting and Analysis/ Accounts) - Healthcare

What you'll be doing

• Oversee financial operations, including pricing management, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls

• Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and funding bodies for financial reporting and audits

• Manage donations, grants, claims, and financial documentation

• Supervise accounting functions, cash flow management, and expenditure monitoring

• Lead and train finance staff, ensuring adherence to financial policies and best practices

• Support financial evaluations for projects, capital investments, and operational efficiencies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related studies

• 4 - 5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in healthcare or non-profit sectors

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, internal controls, and audit compliance

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
