What you'll be doing
Oversee financial operations, including pricing management, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls
Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and funding bodies for financial reporting and audits
Manage donations, grants, claims, and financial documentation
Supervise accounting functions, cash flow management, and expenditure monitoring
Lead and train finance staff, ensuring adherence to financial policies and best practices
Support financial evaluations for projects, capital investments, and operational efficiencies
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related studies
4 - 5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in healthcare or non-profit sectors
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, internal controls, and audit compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
