Job Description:

Industry: Logistic/ Distribution
Location: Pandan Road
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)
Salary: UP $2600

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
2. Assist in cashflow planning, ensure accurate update of bank records and reconciliation
3. Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities
4. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

1. Possess relevant certificate in accounting or equivalent
2. At least 1-year experience in a similar position
3. Able to work under tight deadlines
4. Meticulous & possess a good attitude to learn
5. Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-task
6. Competent in MS Office
7. Good communication skills & able to work independently
8. Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
