Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Recording and posting daily transactions, including cash receipts, invoices, and payments
2. Reconciling bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other accounts
3. Preparing and entering monthly journal entries
4. Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
6. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
7. Analyzing and reporting financial data
8. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
9. Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
10. Assisting with audits

The Talent:

1. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
2. No relevant experience are welcome to apply
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to produce work on a timely basis
4. Ability to work independently and / or with team members in a fast-paced environment
5. Possess great interpersonal skills and positive work attitude
