Finance Manager / Financial Controller (Based in India)

Job Description:

Client is a Fortune 500 Chinese Manufacturing Company in Heavy Industrial Vehicles.

Assigned country will be rotated every 3-5 years in SEA region.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to formulate and execute financial decisions.
2. Enhance control over loans and related business activities.
3. Guide the company's profit and loss situation to align with the established goals and directions.
4. Adhere to Indian GAAP and IFRS financial regulations.
5. Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax and regulatory requirements, including tax audits, income tax returns, transfer pricing, GST, etc.
6. Develop reports and financial statements for regulatory, audit agencies, and various business needs.
7. Manage pricing for various products.
8. Oversee budget preparation, variance analysis between budget and actual, and various company-related reports.
9. Manage relationships with rating agencies, banks, and other stakeholders.
10. Oversee activities related to effective cash flow and asset liability management as required by local regulators like RBI.
11. Establish and enhance the company's internal data management system, accounting, and financial management rules in line with business policies.
12. Assess, guide, and track financial risks of major investment projects and business activities.
13. Fulfil other responsibilities delegated by the Chief Financial Officer.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree
2. At least 5 years of experience
