Job Description:

Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)

Responsibilities:

1. Be the lead for 2 financial analysts, proactive in drive and investigate performance with significant variances.
2. Drive and perform analysis for revenue and cost items as well as profitability for each Business Unit.
3. Review operating expenditure by cost centre and project controlling, assist in analysis of actual vs overall financial targets.
4. Participate in business cases, review assumptions and profitability calculated for CAPEX submission.
5. Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analysis and collaborative support to the cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Accounting or Finance with at least 5-8 years experience in FP&A, Business Analytics is preferred.
2. Advanced in financial modeling, develop dashboards using BI tools and Tableau to support decision making.
3. Proactive, self-motivated individual with a good working attitude.
4. Analytical mind, meticulous, and problem-solving skills.
5. Resilience with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
7. Experience in Transport & Logistics will be highly advantageous.
