A leading global gaming company is seeking a Development Director I in Kuala Lumpur. You will enable teams to deliver high-quality game experiences while focusing on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires over 5 years of experience in game development production, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams. You'll champion quality and drive process improvements to enhance workflows and productivity.
