Job summary
A law firm in Selangor is seeking a committed individual for a combined role that includes filing litigation documents, managing calls, and providing administrative support. Candidates should hold a minimum SPM or Diploma and prefer experience in a law firm. The position offers hands-on training under experienced advocates. Interested applicants must be organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle responsibilities both independently and under pressure. Transport is required for the role.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Firm has experience across commercial litigation, corporate and commercial law, investment trusts, capital markets, financing, joint ventures, share sales, securities, debentures, fintech and private wealth matters, and continues to expand its practice. We invite committed, responsible and capable individuals to join our team in the following positions:-
(Combined role – one position available)
- Filing and handling litigation documents (physical and e-filing)
- Attending to court filings, service of documents and registry matters
- Managing incoming calls, correspondence and visitors
- General office administration and clerical support
- Assisting lawyers and pupils with day-to-day operational matters
- Basic coordination of schedules, documents and records
This position entails undergoing pupillage under the direct supervision of an experienced Advocate & Solicitor, with exposure to both litigation and corporate/commercial work, in preparation for legal practice.
- Minimum SPM / Diploma
- Preferably with experience in a law firm, especially litigation support
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic office software
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities calmly and professionally
- Possess own transport
- Passionate about the law, with intellectual curiosity and initiative
- Able to think critically, form views and propose solutions
- Willing to accept, implement and execute instructions responsiblyDiligent, hardworking
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to step up and deliver work under time pressure
- Possess own transport
