1) Oversee and manage both internal and external landscape projects including landscape planting and landscape maintenance.

2) Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and provide quotations to clients.

3) Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality, and cost.

4) Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to develop/refine planting plans.

5) Review landscape design, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality control of landscape works.

6) Review project drawings and post-construction submittals.

7) Communicate project issues to all relevant parties and maintain proactive working relationships with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

8) Demonstrate leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of landscape works.

9) Troubleshoot, advise, and teach crews in the course of their work performance.

10) Be able to respond to client requests and concerns.

11) Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as instructed by management from time to time.
