We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Landscape) managing landscape works for construction projects. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day site operations, supervising site teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring all landscape works are executed according to contract drawings, specifications, approved work programmes, and project schedules.

• Degree / Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction site experience, preferably in landscape contractor environment.
• Strong experience in landscape implementation (hardscape and softscape).
• Experience handling landscape works in high-rise, commercial, or mixed development projects is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction workflows, contractor site coordination, and project scheduling.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between project sites as required.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing landscape works from project commencement to completion.

Participate in all project-related meetings, including site meetings, technical meetings, and coordination meetings with Main Contractors, Consultants, and Landscape Architects (LA) to ensure effective communication, alignment on project goals, and smooth execution of landscape works.

Prepare, update, and monitor the contractor’s work programme to ensure alignment with the project master schedule.

Monitor and update actual site progress against the approved work programme.

Coordinate with the site team to compile site progress data, measurements, and supporting documents required for reporting and progress claims.

Provide site progress updates and site records to support the Project Manager and Landscape Architect (LA) in project reporting.

Manage and coordinate daily site operations, including Site Supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and machinery.

Plan daily site activities, manpower deployment, and conduct daily site briefings.

Ensure site activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with project timelines.

Ensure landscape works are executed in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.

Review drawings and site conditions, identify RFI/RFWI requirements, and coordinate submissions with the Landscape Architect.

Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and construction constraints effectively.

Maintain site quality control procedures and proper site documentation.

Coordinate material procurement requirements in accordance with the work programme.

Manage plant, machinery, and equipment on site to ensure efficient deployment and maintenance.

Arrange additional machinery or resources when required to support site progress.

Ensure all site activities comply with project safety requirements and regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.

Take on any extra duties assigned by the Director and assist the team as needed.
