We’re looking for atalented, curious, and visually strong Content Developer to join our global product & content development team.

You’ll work closely with the founder and senior creatives to help bring immersive learning experiences to life, combiningdesign sense, motion, video, storytelling, and emerging AI tools.

This role is ideal for someone who loves how things look, move, and feel and is excited by where AI is taking creative production.

Creating and refiningcinematic learning content using a mix of:

• Animation
• Motion graphics
• Visual storytelling

Supporting the production ofshort cinematic scenes, explainer animations, and interactive video elements.

Experimenting withgenerative AI tools for ideation, visuals, video, and workflow acceleration.

Collaborating with writers, designers, and the founder to translate ideas into compelling on-screen experiences.

Iterating quickly, testing, improving, and pushing creative quality.

You don’t need to tick every box, curiosity and taste matter as much as tools.

Strongvisual and design sensibility (you know when something looks right).

Experience or hands‑on interest in:

• Animation and/or motion graphics
• Comfort working with modern creative tools (Adobe, Figma, After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
• A genuine interest inAI and how it’s changing creative production
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Clear communication and openness to feedback

• Familiarity with generative AI tools for video, imagery, or animation
• Interest in storytelling, cinema, or interactive experiences

• You’ll workdirectly with a founder deeply involved in product and creative direction
• You’ll help shape content used byglobal enterprise clients
• You’ll be at the cutting edge ofAI + cinematic learning, not watching from the sidelines
