The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations which meet the legal requirements in the area of bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting activities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Experienced in handling full set of trading accounts.
2. Preparation of reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet with respective schedule such as fixed asset register, inter-company reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
3. Data entries for posting in the system.
4. Assist in daily accounting functions, general administrative tasks (preparing payment vouchers, filing, maintaining proper accounting records, etc.) thus monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals.
5. Ensure monthly financial management reports are accurate and timely prepared.
6. Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process.
7. Assist Group Accounts Manager.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
2. Candidate with MIA/ ACCA/ other relevant professional membership will be an added advantage.
3. At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in trading and other related industry.
4. Familiar with Tax matters.
5. Familiar with using Accounting System.
6. Preferably bilingual in English, Mandarin/ Cantonese.
7. Able to speak Mandarin and/ Cantonese will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
8. Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
