We are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Accounts & Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, directly managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and handling administrative functions to support business operations. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Hands-on management of the full set of accounts.
Prepare and maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations for all entities.
Prepare and submit financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Liaise directly with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budget planning, and financial forecasting.
Implement and manage E-Invoicing processes for all business entities.
Develop and improve accounting policies and internal controls.
Knowledge of Management Association accounting is an added advantage.
Hands-on involvement in office administration, including procurement, office maintenance, and supplies.
Manage HR-related functions such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee records.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements for both accounting and administrative functions.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor team members.
Must be hands-on and actively involved in accounting and administrative tasks.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Condo Master) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in managing accounts for multiple companies is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Experience in handling HR and administrative tasks is a plus.
