Accounts Receivable Analyst | Trading | Selangor Full Time

Company overview

We are working in close partnership with a Trading Group who is a pioneer in its field with significant presence globally. Armed with exciting plans to expand and transform their business, they are looking to bring on board dynamic Account Receivables Executive to join their team.

The new role

Reporting to AR Manager, you will be implementing the cash application, managing and clearing AR activities including but not limited to collection from customer, intercompany receivable billing/ back charge and credit note issuance on daily basis. On the role, you are required to prepare bank reconciliation and review monthly Bank Reconciliation prepared by subordinate. You will provide support to the credit and collections and be exposed to ad-hoc and other Finance projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements to succeed

The successful candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business. You should have around 2-3 years’ relevant work experience. Experienced in SAP system is a must. Candidate must have international/regional AR experience, preferably in Asia Pacific region. Ideally, you should have good communication skills and etiquette, good team player.
