Job description
Job Responsibility
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Handling communications with clients via phone and email.
Maintaining the billing system and generating account statements.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
Processing transactions and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, MS Excel.
Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
