Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd was established in July 2022 by Alton Industry Ltd Group from US. It's total investment is US$50 million. The mega factory is located at Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor, the land area of its industrial park is about 45.25 acres, and is expected to be completed and starts operation on August 2024. The mega factory was comprised of 6 plants, i.e motor assembly, sheet metal, plastic injection molding, die-casting, general assembly and automation intelligent warehouse. We are specialized in manufacturing outdoor power equipment, air compressors, vacuum cleaners, industrial fans, motors, pneumatic tools, and other smart products. Other than production plants and warehouse, the industrial park accommodates one block of 5 storey Office Tower, 2 blocks of 3 storey canteen and activity center, and 4 blocks of 5 storey hostel for workers and management staff. Our workforce is expected to hit 2000 pax upon the production running in full gear in the year ahead.
Job Title: Fixed Asset Control Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all progress claims from developers, contractors, and suppliers related to factory buildings, plants, machinery, equipment, software, and other fixed assets.
- Conduct regular physical asset counts and update asset records in the ERP system and Excel.
- Manage all fixed asset transactions, including depreciation calculation, disposal, write-offs, and acquisitions.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (preferably in an MNC).
- Proficiency in SAP system.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Job Responsibilities (Accounts Executive):
- Record all incoming funds and arrange outgoing payments.
- Manage petty cash, bank accounts, cheques, and bank drafts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Requirements (Accounts Executive):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (preferably in an MNC).
- Proficiency in SAP system.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
