A leading logistics company in Saltillo is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager. The role entails planning and developing management processes, establishing controls, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Civil Protection, along with at least one year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Knowledge in risk analysis and safety regulations is required. Intermediate English proficiency is necessary, and traveling may be required.
Plan, develop, implement and establish control mechanisms for the company's processes in comprehensive health, safety and environment matters to prevent accidents and injuries, as well as reduce environmental impacts. Mitigate losses due to accidents and injuries to maintain working conditions, aligned with the applicable standards and regulations for each of the processes.
Plan and develop the management of processes and their interactions in terms of industrial health and safety and the environment.
Plans, develops, implements and establishes control mechanisms for the processes for the management of new projects and their interactions with respect to industrial health and safety and the environment.
It establishes work standards through risk analysis, complying with safety, health and environmental requirements at work in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
Reduce the risk of injury by implementing improvements in the principles of industrial safety and hygiene, ergonomics and the workplace environment.
Manages and controls the documents of the integrated management system related to Safety and Environment.
Leads the monitoring of preventive actions and corrective actions on the comprehensive management system, in terms of Safety and Environment.
Trains administrative staff on the Integral training system, referring to Safety and Environment.
Plans and designs stations and work areas in terms of industrial safety and hygiene and the environment.
Advises and validates the flow of the work process and activities in the field of industrial health and safety and the environment.
It advises and validates the standard method of work in terms of industrial safety and hygiene and the environment.
It validates the changes made in the workflows and work standards in the processes in terms of industrial safety and hygiene and the environment.
He advises and validates the process flow of new projects and client requirements in terms of industrial health and safety and the environment.
Advises and validates the standard working method for new projects in the field of industrial safety and hygiene and the environment.

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Relations and/or Bachelor\'s degree in civil protection or related.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position within the industry (Manufacturing, automotive and/or logistics), with management of personnel under their charge.
Knowledge: Applicable standards in terms of safety and hygiene, environment, risk analysis, generation of environmental management matrices, risks and hazards, 5s methodology, controls, regulations, specifications in safety standards, emergency plans and rescue brigades, administration of maintenance, environmental and occupational health and safety plans, STPS, NOMS (safety and environment). ergonomic evaluation processes, project management and industrial safety operations, waste classification special handling, use of computer equipment, Office Packages.
