The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Class Teacher to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience and a proven ability to inspire and motivate students. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing an engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and collaboration.
4. Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
5. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student learning.
6. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
3. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment requirements.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences for all students.
6. A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children.
