About the company:
A well-established maintenance provider renowned for their prestigious contracts is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer on a blue-chip building in Stratford, London. This reputable company believes in promoting staff internally and is looking to add a strong Mechanical Engineer to their team.

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical Engineer to be based on a high-end commercial site in Stratford, London. We seek a reliable and hard-working Engineer to oversee the team and liaise with the Site Supervisor regarding all day-to-day duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Be part of a team on a commercial site-based M&E Engineers.
2. PPM's & reactive maintenance.
3. Managing PPM's, logbooks, and compliance.
4. Responsible for all output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc.

Candidate requirements:

1. The ideal candidate is client-facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer).
2. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as part of a team within the facilities maintenance industry.
3. Strong building services background.
