An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior AV Service Engineer to join a fast growing technology company. Our client is the UK's leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions and is expanding rapidly overseas as well as developing a number of market leading innovations.

Role, Responsibilities & Skills:

As part of your role as Senior AV Service Engineer you will be responsible for:

1. Faultfinding of audio visual and video conferencing systems to a high level, under pressure
2. Preventative maintenance of client owned equipment
3. AMX/Crestron control system knowledge
4. Configuration and fault finding of audio conferencing systems such as ClearOne or SoundStructure
5. Networking knowledge to fault find IP integrated systems
6. Support of TV/Satellite RF and Video systems
7. Completing paperwork for each job ensuring comprehensive reports on work completed
8. Communicate identified faults in a clear and concise manner to our clients
9. Enthusiastic and organised approach to all assigned service activity

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidates for the role of Senior AV Service Engineer will have:

1. At least 2 years' experience of supporting Corporate AV systems in a service environment
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Good all-round technical knowledge.
5. Team player
6. Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment
