Working as the Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer, you will join the company’s Help Desk Team, assisting customers and Engineers remotely.
As the Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely fashion whilst providing a high level of service to clients.
