A leading firm in cooling solutions seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop a remote sales team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic market expansion and value-based selling while maintaining strong relationships with key customers. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, excellent technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple territories. Successful applicants will need a strong background in cooling towers and be comfortable with a data-driven approach. Travel of 25–40% required.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director, Director Business Development to join a market-leading manufacturer within the cooling tower industry. This position if focused on coaching and developing a remote sales team, with a view to increasing the quality of top line revenue.
As Sales Director, Director, Business Development you will be a strategic leader, sales mentor and industry expert.
The Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Manager will report directly to senior sales leadership and will be responsible for generating new business across aftermarket products, services, and new cooling tower equipment. The Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Manager will play a critical role in developing long-term customer relationships and maximising order profitability.
Salary: Up to $180,000 + Profit Share.
