About the role
Ready to make an impact? Lead and inspire students on our dynamic Level 4 Fashion Buying course!
As Group Lead, you'll deliver innovative teaching, combining practical learning with key theories to drive exceptional student outcomes. You'll lead by example, developing high standards, challenging and supporting our students on their journey to mastering the essential skills required to succeed as a Buyer's Admin Assistant.
About you
- Qualifications: Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
- Experience: Teaching experience in an educational setting (ideally Post-16) or strong industry experience in Fashion Buying.
- Expertise: Outstanding current knowledge of Fashion Buying and the Fashion Retail landscape.
- Passion: Creative, enthusiastic, and driven, with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, dedicated to commencing a career in teaching.

Salary:
Part-Time FTE 0.525 - From £17,010 to £18,900 per annum
