We are seeking a dedicated Band 7/8a ICU Pharmacist to join our team and provide a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to our Adult ITU. You will play a vital role in supporting a range of clinical areas, including surgery, and work closely with medical teams to improve patient outcomes.

* Location: London
* Duration: ASAP Start - Ongoing Contract
* Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), 9am - 5pm w/ 30mins for lunch.
* Rate of pay: £30 - £40 per hour dependant on experience.

1. Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to Adult ITU, ensuring optimal medication management and safety.
2. Participate in ward rounds, offering advice on treatment plans, and recommending necessary changes to prescribing.
3. Coordinate all aspects of pharmacy input to intensive care prescribing.
4. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

1. Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist.
2. Prior hospital pharmacy experience (essential).
3. Some ICU experience is essential to the role.
4. Excellent communication skills to engage with prescribers and other healthcare professionals.
5. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
