Job summary
A social housing provider in Leyland seeks a Maintenance Surveyor for a 3-month temporary role. The successful candidate will conduct inspections, repairs, and produce relevant documentation, ideally with experience in social housing and UK building regulations. This position offers a competitive rate and requires immediate availability.

- Social housing experience is desirable.

We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Maintenance Surveyor on an initial temporary basis.
- Providing an efficient inspection and surveying service to the companies housing stock and related assets surrounding repairs and maintenance
- Conducting ongoing repairs and maintenance surveys and progress reports, and updating information as required
- Providing guidance, technical support, and direction when appropriate
- Undertaking pre and post inspections
- Maintaining in depth knowledge of relevant legislation including UK building regulations
- Producing project design, tender and contract documentation
- Previous experience conducting repairs and maintenance surveys
- Social housing experience is desirable
