Role Overview: This position involves managing a varied portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects across multiple locations. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams and site operatives.
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and CDM requirements.
• Preparing project programmes, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Communicating with clients, consultants and stakeholders professionally.
• Managing budgets, variations, timelines and resource allocation.
• Conducting regular site visits across all operational areas.
• Upholding high project standards and supporting company values.

• Proven experience in construction or refurbishment project management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.
• Construction‑related qualification (HNC, HND or Degree) desirable.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple locations.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
