Job summary

A global leader in chemistry solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive growth in the Material Protection business across the EMEA region. This role involves leading prospecting efforts, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with different teams to maximize sales success. Ideal candidates will have 2–4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages as an advantage.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, business development, or account management, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Experience in technical, chemical, industrial, manufacturing, or SaaS sectors is a plus.

As an Inside Sales Manager based in Barcelona, the Netherlands, or another EU hub, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our Material Protection business across the EMEA region. You will help accelerate commercial success by generating qualified opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the broader commercial organization. Essential Job Functions
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned EU territories.
  • Manage inbound leads, assess customer needs, and convert prospects into a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling.
  • Deliver high‑quality product presentations, demonstrations, and pricing proposals to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with field sales on strategic accounts and manage smooth handovers for complex opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights.
  • Partner closely with marketing, customer service, product, and operations to maximize customer satisfaction and lead conversion.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–4+ years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, business development, or account management, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Fluency in English; additional EU languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Experience in technical, chemical, industrial, manufacturing, or SaaS sectors is a plus.
