A global leader in chemistry solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive growth in the Material Protection business across the EMEA region. This role involves leading prospecting efforts, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with different teams to maximize sales success. Ideal candidates will have 2–4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages as an advantage.

As an Inside Sales Manager based in Barcelona, the Netherlands, or another EU hub, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our Material Protection business across the EMEA region. You will help accelerate commercial success by generating qualified opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the broader commercial organization. Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
