Our Client has always prioritised the development of their HR team. Due to internal progression, they are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their Colchester-based team.
Over the next 12 months, you will be involved in supporting significant business transformation programmes, as well as providing high-quality HR administrative support to your HR and ER colleagues. Hybrid working is well established, with 2 office-based days per week – one of which will be in their London office (all travel expenses are paid), giving you further experience of working with their City and Global teams.

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD accreditation (Level 3 or 5), practical experience in HR administration, and be a confident user of HR Systems. You will be comfortable in prioritising tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business. Your desire to continually develop your knowledge and use your initiative to tackle generalist HR issues is highly valued.
