Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant
Location: UK (Remote with occasional travel)
Day Rate: up to £950 p/d Inside IR35

A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to lead and deliver high-impact projects within financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations for clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance on financial planning and digital transformation.
  • Oversee project teams, mentoring consultants and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial planning capabilities.
  • Support business development efforts, including pre-sales activities and client proposals.
Key Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimisation.
