Position: Registered Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
2. Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans for children and young people.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.
4. Foster a positive and nurturing environment for both staff and children.
5. Manage and support a dedicated team, promoting professional development and best practices.
6. Liaise with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to provide a holistic approach to care.

Essential Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within a children's residential setting.
2. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare).
3. In-depth knowledge of children's social care regulations and safeguarding policies.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
