Here at Amegreen Childrens Services Ltd, we have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager or a Deputy Manager to progress their career into a Home Manager role. You will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding care and support to our children, empowering them to overcome challenges and thrive in a nurturing environment. Join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 to £34,300 (including sleep-in's) per annum plus industry leading benefits.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Dual Home Manager who has previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Home Manager in a children's care setting who is ready to develop into a Dual Home Manager role.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our home, supported and guided by a Registered Manager. You'll work collaboratively with an existing team while warmly welcoming and inducting new staff members. Your effective communication skills and caring, empathetic nature will be instrumental in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for both our team and the children in our care.
As a Dual Home Manager, you will demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations, ensuring that our homes exceed the highest standards of care and treatment interventions. Your ability to develop and inspire your team will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
