Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager

I am working with a fantastic elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager for a nursing home / care home in the Aylesbury / High Wycombe area. I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage and develop a wonderful nursing home that is fully compliant and has a strong local reputation.

The care home offers nursing and residential care to older people, including frail elderly and dementia service users. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing/elderly care.

Registered Manager candidates can be either Nurse qualified or Care Home Managers without a Nurse pin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop the nursing home to ensure high levels of care are delivered.
2. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
3. Implement strong sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. RGN / RMN nursing qualification preferred but not essential.
2. Strong care home management / nursing home management skills.
3. Excellent understanding of quality, compliance, and regulations within a care nursing home setting.
4. Strong CQC knowledge.
5. Experience of managing compliant care homes.
6. Management qualification.
