The Care Home Manager will:

1. Ensure the delivery of person-centered care to all residents.
2. Manage and support staff, providing guidance and supervision.
3. Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
4. Maintain optimum occupancy through strategic marketing.
5. Oversee management information reporting and budget controls.
6. Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards.

Package and Benefits:

The Care Home Manager will receive:

1. Annual salary of £70,000.
2. Up to 10% performance-based bonus.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:

1. At least 3 years' experience in a Care Home Manager position.
2. Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
3. Managed a Nursing/Residential care home of a similar size.
4. Proven leadership skills and financial management experience.
5. Experience increasing occupancy of care homes.
6. Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
