An established industry player is seeking a Principal Proposals Manager to join their dynamic team. This remote role, requiring travel across the Midlands and London, involves leading bid writing and content management efforts for high-stakes proposals. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Proposals Manager to join our Working Winning team, supporting our Complex Facilities Business Unit. This is a remote role that will require regular travel, predominantly around the Midlands/ London area.
The Principal Proposals Manager will provide leadership for key proposals disciplines including bid writing, graphic design and document production, developing and managing bid content activities.
You will also act as the focal point for work winning in developing and managing bid content and lead associated activities to share best practice, embed lessons learnt and foster an environment of continual improvement.
The Principal Proposals Manager will own the implementation of the divisional content library and associated knowledge management/sharing processes to ensure high-quality content is available to bid teams and efficiency in the work winning process is maximised as well as supporting strategic bids in the capacity of Quality Lead or Lead Reviewer.
You will develop bid writing and reviewing competencies in work winning teams and operational staff and coach/mentor those leading development of quality submissions, ensuring bid content is aligned to individual client requirements.
The standard hours of work are based on 37.5 hours per week based on Monday – Friday.
