About the job
The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing (EBRM) team aims to strategically amplify Twilio’s unique values, culture, and career opportunities, ensuring an authentic representation that attracts the best builders around the world.
Twilio is looking for an Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager in EMEA, to help drive innovative talent marketing initiatives that positions Twilio as an employer of choice, fosters a positive candidate experience, and ultimately drives the effectiveness and success of the Talent Acquisition team.
This is an individual contributor role. The ideal candidate should have experience developing, leading, and executing long-term, complex projects and a strong understanding of the global talent landscape.
