We are looking for experienced and successful Client Account Managers who come from a field marketing agency background to join one of our FMCG client teams within the Avidity Group, this could be with Standout, McCurrach, Zing or Wave.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for independently managing the senior client relationships and field-based team whilst being accountable for the full operational delivery. This provides fantastic opportunities for those looking to continue their development and to progress longer term. With continued growth, we are always looking for new talent to join our business and we are proud to be an employer of choice within the field marketing industry.

Our Account Managers work autonomously, translating the clients' strategic, brand and commercial objectives into a structured, clear & stretching set of guidelines for our field teams. These roles are key to managing both the client relationship and very often the field team. A large part of your role is working with data, so having strong analytical and reporting skills whilst being able to translate into a compelling story is essential. You will be comfortable travelling when required and have strong proven leadership qualities and commercial acumen.

If you have a proven track record in a similar role and you are ambitious to drive excellence in execution and continuous improvement, we want to talk to you!
