Job Title: Senior Architect or Urban Designer

Location: Surrey (Hybrid working - 1 day WFH)

Salary: £DOE

We are seeking a number of Senior Architects or Urban Designers to join a growing practice in their Surrey office. As the successful candidate, you'll have a strong background working on large scale residential developments, running master planning and planning applications for schemes up to 1000 units.

This company is a multi-disciplinary practice working across residential schemes, commercial, landscape, urban design, healthcare, interior design, sports & leisure facilities, and retail projects.

1. Large scale feasibility layouts
2. Masterplans
3. Site visits and appraisals
4. Outline planning applications
5. Reserved matters and detailed applications
6. Prepare reports
7. Oversee and check drawings
8. Help and mentor junior members of the team

1. Relevant degree
2. Commercial awareness
3. Previous experience working on large residential developments
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop & MS Office
5. Revit & SketchUp is advantageous

1. Salary is dependent on experience as there are multiple roles on offer
2. 1 day per week WFH
