Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national architectural practice who provide passionate design services to the built environment industry. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Kettering studios.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, the individual will need to have relevant post architectural technology degree experience as a Technologist within a UK practice. It is essential that the individual is able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit and has excellent attention to detail. A candidate’s application will be bolstered if they possess job running experience as well as having a background in working across all RIBA work stages.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Relevant experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Good knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
• Job running experience is desirable
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver’s license
• Live within a commutable distance to the Kettering area
