Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Surgeon seeking a fulfilling career opportunity? Sanctuary Personnel is excited to present a fantastic permanent Registered Veterinary Surgeon position with one of the UK's largest veterinary retailers based in Leamington Spa.

The role is offering a salary of £65,000 per annum.

Hours: Consider full or part time hours including 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm). No sole charge or OOHs. We can be flexible on shifts and rotation to allow for a great work life balance.

Summary: You'll be working in a bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery, built to industry-leading standards. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house blood machines, ensuring you have the best tools at your disposal to provide top-quality care. The team consists of 2 vets, 6 nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, 4 Receptionists and Practice Manager.

What we're looking for from Veterinary Surgeon applicants:

1. Degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognised university
2. Membership in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
3. Previous experience as a veterinary surgeon is highly desirable
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Comprehensive knowledge of veterinary best practices and medical regulations
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets
7. Ability to handle a variety of animals safely and effectively
8. Willingness to continually upgrade knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine
